Order Processing

Most orders are processed and sent to production shortly after purchase. Because our products are made to order, processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, or production demand.

Typical production time is 2–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time

After production is complete, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated shipping times may vary by location, carrier, and seasonal demand. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Any available free shipping offers or promotions will be shown during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before placing your order.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, JIronCreations is not responsible for replacement or reshipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. JIronCreations is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the issue and assist where possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo showing the issue. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund.

There is no need to return the damaged or defective item.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges required by their country. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier service.
