JIronCreations sells custom-designed mugs and related gift items. Product colors, images, and mockups are displayed as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, production methods, or printing differences.

Because our products are made to order, each item begins production after the order is placed.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if information appears incorrect, incomplete, fraudulent, or suspicious.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and fulfilled through our production partners. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, production time, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

JIronCreations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been handed off for delivery.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement or refund when the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery. A clear photo showing the damage or defect must be provided.

There is no need to return the item. Once reviewed and confirmed, we will process a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, JIronCreations is not responsible for replacement costs unless otherwise determined at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, product descriptions, branding, logos, and content on this website are the property of JIronCreations or its authorized partners unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content or designs without written permission.
